The recruitment processOn application, a questionnaire will be forwarded to you for completion. Once the questionnaire has been returned, a telephone interview will be carried out with a Winston Park Consultant to establish level of experience, job expectation and time frames. The application is then assessed, and matched to potential job opportunities, and short-listed. These short-listed opportunities will be then made available for further detailed discussion. Once all parties are in agreement and authorisation to retain personal information is received and we have your permission to discuss your application with our client, the application is submitted.Client interviews will then be carried out: over the phone; in the clients office in the candidates home city, should they have one; or with the client in Australia should the candidate be in the country at the appropriate time Once an offer has been made, the client will in most cases arrange a work permit through their own lawyers or agents, which may take a few weeks to process. Other than the work permits, candidates are required to cover their own relocation costs.  |
